<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously inform a maintenance man of the occurrence of an abnormality. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving the abnormality occurrence of a cooling/heating equipment, a server 11 in an information center 1 judges whether the receiving date is included in the business time band of a business place 7 or not, and when the receiving date is included in the business time band, transmits the abnormality information to the business place 7 by facsimile(FAX). Then the receiving time is out of the business time, a notification destination specification part 15 specifies the sort of the cooling/heating equipment generating the abnormality by referring to a machine sort information data base 14, retrieves a maintenance man registering data base 13 on the basis of the machine sort and acquires the telephone number of a pager 12 carried by a maintenance man in charge. An abnormality information transmitting part 16 instantaneously transmits the abnormality information to the pager 12 carried by the maintenance man on the basis of the telephone number.</p> |
