<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a binder for printing ink having excellent adhesiveness to various kinds of plastic films and excellent in redissolution property of printing ink. SOLUTION: This binder for printing ink comprises at least one kind of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound selected from 1,8-diazabicyclo (5,4,0) undecene-7,1,5-diazabicyclo(4,3,0)nonene-5, 6-butylamino-1,8-diazabicyclo(5,4,0) undecene-7 and organic acid salt thereof and a polyurethane resin. In the binder, it is preferable that a weight ratio of the nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound to the polyurethane resin is 10/90 to 0.1/99.9.</p> |
