摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a semiconductor integrated circuit to send/receive a signal in compliance with IEEE 1394 standards to/from a plurality of external equipments, to attain a low cost and to reduce power consumption by externally inputting/outputting a 2nd signal resulting from converting a 1st signal inputted through input output terminals by means of a plurality of drive means and applying switching control to a power supply voltage fed to the drive means. SOLUTION: A signal processing circuit 1 that receives an IEEE 1394 signal via an IEEE 1394 signal input output terminal 6a or 6b and a drive circuit 3a or 3b, converts the IEEE 1394 signal into a DV format signal, which is given to the inside of the semiconductor integrated circuit via a DV format signal input output terminal 4. Furthermore, the signal processing circuit 1 receiving the DV format signal via the input output terminal 4, converts the DV format signal into the IEEE 1394 signal and transmits it externally via the drive circuit 3a or 3b and the input output terminal 6a or 6b. Power supply is supplied switchingly only to the selected drive circuit 3a or 3b through a control signal in this case.</p>
