PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate conversion between a bulk cargo and a container cargo, and to exact both cargo work by the same winding device and rope. SOLUTION: This crane is composed of a supporting rope winding drum 13 and an opening/closing rope winding drum 14; two guide sheaves 21 and two pieces of rope end fixing fittings attached to a sea side tip end portion of a boom; two guide sheaves 22 and two pieces of rope end fixing fittings attached to a shore side tip end portion of a girder; two pieces of supporting rope R11, R12 wound to the supporting rope winding drum 13 in the opposite direction at each first end, detachably attached to each other at each second end by a joint fitting 51, and detachably attached to the rope end fixing fitting; and two pieces of opening/closing rope R21, R22 wound to the opening/closing rope winding drum 14 in the opposite direction at each first end, detachably attached to each other at each second end by the joint fitting 51, and detachably attached to the rope end fixing fitting.
