PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a system for reading original with which data transfer time is shortened and the system is inexpensive as a whole. SOLUTION: An original reading part H of an original reader 10 reads an image on an original and prepares an original image. A magnification converting part 12 converts the size of the original image. An image rotating part 13 rotates the size converted original image as needed. An image storage part 14 stores the size converted original image or rotated original image and outputs a synthetic image, for which the stored original image is synthesized, to a client device 20. On the basis of a control signal inputted from the client device 20, a control part 15 instructs original read due to the original reading part 11, the size conversion of the original image due to the magnification converting part 12, the rotation of the original image due to the image rotating part 13, image synthesis due to the image storage part 14 and the output of the synthetic image from the image storage part 14. |
