PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit for equalizing the gain distribution of the upper, side amplifier circuit and lower side amplifier circuit of a push pull amplifier circuit and improving gain linearity. SOLUTION: An upper side output transistor constitutes an NPN collector common circuit with a transistor QB6 and inputted current signals are amplified by the transistor QB6, then turned back by a current mirror circuit, multiplied byβby the upper side output transistor and outputted from a push/pull connection point. In the meantime, a lower side output transistor is Darlington- connected with the transistor QB5 and constitutes an NPN emitter common circuit. Then, the inputted current signals are amplified toβ-fold in the QB5 first and then, amplified toβ-fold in the output transistor. That is, the output of both output transistors is multiplied byβ2 and outputted from the push/pull connection point.
