摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce hydraulic pressure, and facilitate an opening/closing operation of a valve element positioned in the water by slantly forming one end of a pipe for communicating two water systems with each other, and supporting the valve element freely to open/close so as to generate an opening action by a gravity against the slant surface. SOLUTION: In a low water level side tank A in a double tank, a liquid circulating pipe 1 and a valve element 2 are provided, and connected to a chain 6 through the valve element 2. A liquid circulating pipe part 11 is protruded into the tank A in a condition in which a slant surface opening 12 is formed downward. The chain 6 which is rotated in normal/reverse directions by driving force from a driving part D disposed on an upper base, is transmitted to a fixing plate 24 by a guide pulley, and the valve element 2 is opened/closed around a pivotally supporting shaft 21 with respect to an slant surface opening 12 of the pipe part 11. The motion of the valve element 2 is restricted by a holding member 5 so that a downward opening position is made in parallel with a center line of the pipe part 11, it becomes a small moving quantity within only an inclining angleθof an opening 12, a gravity is acted in the direction opened at all times under a sealing condition in association with inclination of the opening 12, and operating force at the time of opening is reduced.
