PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating fluid excellent in coating property and having good stability while retaining the crystal forms of a phthalocyanine composition by dispersing a phthalocyanine composition containing TiOPc and H2Pc in a solvent together with a styrene-butadiene copolymer resin. SOLUTION: The phthalocyanine composition containing TiOPc and H2Pc is dispersed in a solvent together with a styrene-butadiene copolymer resin to produce the objective coating fluid. The phthalocyanine composition may further contain a phthalocyanine other than TiOPc and H2Pc and has peaks at 7.0 deg., 9.0 deg., 14.1 deg., 18.0 deg., 23.7 deg. and 27.3 deg. Bragg angles (2θ±0.2 deg.) to CuKαX-rays of 1.541Å.
