PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a heating chamber not to be contaminated easily by employing an wall surface material having a reflectance specified to enhance heating efficiency and applied with a nonadhesive coating thereby making the most use of heat reflecting performance on the metal surface of a cooking heater and imparting nonadhesiveness. SOLUTION: An wall surface material 10 constituting a heating chamber is a metal plate 11 having a nonadhesive coating 12 on the surface. A stainless steel plate SUS 430 is used as the metal plate 11 and a paint produced by dispersing a fluororesin, i.e., plytetrafluororesin (PTFE), into polyethersulfone (PES) resin and a solvent is used as the nonadhesive coating 12. The wall surface material 10 has thermal reflectance equal to or higher than 50% of thermal reflectance on the metal surface in order to enhance heating efficiency. The nonadhesive coating 12 has thickness less than 5μm and the pigment of the coating has grain size less than 0.5μm.
