SOLUTION: Nozzle cylinders are implanted way deep more than half the inside dia. of a long pipe 1a, at a specified interval, in the long pipe 1a on one side of a rectangular pipe body 1. In addition, a hot water supply pipe 3 is connected to the center part of a pipe 1b on the other side and the long pipes 1a, 1b are connected together with the help of a connecting pipe 4. Further, a supporting rod 6 is connected to the long pipe 1b through an arm 5 and the arm 5 and the long pipe 1b are installed in a freely rotatable manner to constitute the hot water spray pipe. Thus pressurized hot water is sent into the hot water supply pipe 3 as shown by a direction 7 and is made to fluidize as shown by directions 8, 9 into the long pipe 1a. After that, the pressurized hot water is made to fluidize into the center hole of the nozzle cylinder to be sprayed over a ground as shown by a direction 11.
