The ATV LOCKER is a fastening and locking system for ATV's. Quads and trikes can be very difficult to restrain on a vehicle, especial ly when driving on rough terrain, and can be stolen by being lifted, pushed, or pulled off of a vehicle. 1n the described embodiment, the ATV LOCKER accommodates most quads and trikes which are easily secured by pins or padlocks once the locking bar on the ATV LOCKER is placed into position on the quad. Thus the ATV's are virtually impossible to remove giving you the advantage over thieves. Bolting the ATV LOCKER down to the truck bed or trailer floor makes the quad become part of the transport vehicle, making it much more secure. To add for greater stability when transporting the ATV, a piece of chain with hooks is pinned to each outer edge of the ATV LOCKER, this is to hook to the foot pegs on the ATV for example, th is will eliminate side motion when traveling.
