PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and quickly mount a part on a vehicle body structure. SOLUTION: A fastening member for mounting a part 80 on the mount rail 15 integrally molded to a rolling stock body structure (bogie frame 1c) made from hollow extruded structural angles comprises a seat having a fitting and recessed section to fit the head section of a bolt 57 and the bolt 57 to which a pressing member 59 is arranged at the head section of the head. A seat 51 is energized by the pressing member 59 to be fitted to the groove 15c of the mount rail 15, as a result, the part 80 can immovably be mounted by the bolt 57 and a nut 70. The part 80 can be fastened quickly at a correct position by the fastening member which has simple structure and hardly displaces.
