PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase capacity for storing head and end addresses, when plural queues are controlled. SOLUTION: An end address A7 of a 1st queue of a pointer table 11 stores a head address A6 of a 2nd queue as the pointer information, and an end address A3 of the 2nd queue stores the address A7 of the 1st queue as the pointer information. The head address of a storage area 12 stores the pointer information on an address AO, i.e., the head address of the 1st queue, and the end address of the area 12 stores the pointer information on the address A3, i.e., the end address of the 2nd queue.
