<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relive the burden of an attendant by permitting him or her to easily select a communication opposite party and start communication. SOLUTION: A network communication system is provided with a basic scenario database(DB) 11 for storing various kinds of data of scenarios including a plurality of roll names and human relationships among the roll names, a customer management DB 12 for storing service users in accordance with the roll names of the respective scenarios stored in the DB 11 and a scenario and roll name relation imparting part 13 for urging the new service user to select the scenario and the roll name stored in the DB 11, registering them in the DB 12 on the basis of selection contents and introducing the service users stored in the DB 12 to each other by referring to human relationship among the roll names stored in the DB 11.</p> |
