PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CD disk recording medium supporting employment and job changes, which enables a recruiter of a company offering vacant position to easily select and display needed information by adding various information on persons desiring employment and job changes which are desired to be known by the company offering vacant position to a conventional personal history to be a CD-ROM instead of the conventional personal history in which the information is exchanged in normal sentences, and also to provide a data preparing method. SOLUTION: Data obtained in such a manner that the third person analyzes and evaluates an interview and a report from various viewpoints, mass data such as a color photograph of the person concerned and animation with voice, etc., in addition to the data of the conventional personal history are recorded on a CD disk as a CD-ROM, and a database is used for the data input.
