<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for storing data with which a high speed property in the read/write of data can be remarkably improved. SOLUTION: Concerning these device and method for storing data, plural semiconductor memories are divided into plural clusters one by one, data applied from the outside are distributed and applied to the clusters, the distributed data are written in the storage means of a writing speed higher than that of respective semiconductor memories provided inside the relevant clusters for each of clusters and read out later at prescribed timing, and the data read out of the relevant storage means are distributed to respective semiconductors inside the cluster and simultaneously written.</p> |
