PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water temperature controller capable of controlling a heater with an adequate electric current even though the power source frequency is other than 50 Hz or 60 Hz. SOLUTION: A memory storing a relation between percentage data expressed by the half cycle of the percentage for AC power source during 100% current application for heater calorie, power application start phase angle and the power application start phase angle is provided, and the power application start time is calculated from the detection time interval for zero cross point and the percentage data in configuration.
