PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of prolonging lifetime of a compressor and effectively grasping the replacing time of the compressor. SOLUTION: The refrigerator comprises a pressure detector provided at a position for detecting a low pressure in a refrigerating cycle, an operation controller 8A for controlling drive or stop of the compressor at each of a plurality of compressors based on a detected output of the detector, a delay controller 8 for starting drives of the compressors 1a, 1b corresponding to an operating pressure after a predetermined time from when a pressure value detected by the detector arrives at the operating pressure, and a counter 9 provided in the controller 8A to count numbers of starting and stopping times of the compressors 1a, 1b. |
