PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack box structure that enables ease and swiftness in facilitating assembly and to reinforce it, by integrally forming one side of a port of opening of battery pack and a side of a cover which covers the opening, and by practically reducing the number of independent parts by one. SOLUTION: A battery pack body comprising a box shaped and opened battery pack box body is mounted mechanically in the body of an electronic device and supplies the power of the battery to an electronic circuit thereof and a cover body for covering the opening of the battery pack box body in a fitting structure, and at least a battery is accommodated in the inside formed with the battery pack box body and the cover body, one side of the battery pack box body and one side of the cover body is engaged integrally. In the battery pack body which can energize the current of the electronic device body, one side of the battery pack box body and one side of the cover are made into an integrally coupled structure.
