The invention provides a method for producing container-packed aloe leaf pulp. By the method, container-packed aloe leaf pulp containing large amount of aloe leaf pulp can be easily produced within a short time. The method comprises, mixing aloe leaf pulp with syrup to prepare syrup-kept aloe leaf pulp; stirring the syrup-kept aloe leaf pulp while uniformly heating the aloe leaf pulp at a temperature of 88 to 100 DEG C for 3 to 10 minutes for sterilization; packing all the components of the syrup-kept aloe leaf pulp into a container, and cooling; wherein, the heating and cooling are performed to obtain an area, which is enclosed by the a temperature time curve and a time line when the temperature of the syrup is 70 DEG C, of 8-43 (DEG C.hr), the temperature time curve representing the variation of the temperature (DEG C) of the syrup with the time when the syrup-kept aloe leaf pulp is subjected to heating and cooling. |
