METHOD FOR REPRODUCING PROCESS CARTRIDGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a process cartridge which is filled with toner and sealed without drawing a toner seal out and using a toner seal for a used process cartridge. SOLUTION: A sealing member 46 is provided between a flange 12al3 of a developing frame body 12a and sheet metal 10e2 of a developing blade fixed to the developing frame body 12a. The sealing member 46 is made of sponge, a setting silicone bond, or a thermoplastic macromolecular material. Toner can be sealed without providing a toner seal. At least a developing roller 10d is detached and the toner is charged. This method contributes to the prevention of a leak of toner in distribution.
