<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a FAX server unit in a FAX server system that automatically transmits FAX data having received and stored to a FAX function device such as a mobile terminal so as to allow the mobile terminal or the like to efficiently conduct retrieval, transfer and browsing of the FAX data. SOLUTION: A reception means 11 of the FAX server unit 1 receives FAX data, a storage means 14 stores the received FAX data, a generating means 13 generates its reception history data, and the storage means 14 stores the reception history data. When a call means 21 of the mobile terminal 2 makes a call to the FAX server unit 1 and a transfer request means makes a transmission request to the FAX server unit 1, the transfer means of the FAX server unit 1 transmits the FAX data and the reception history data to the mobile terminal 2 in response to the request, the reception means 21 of the mobile terminal 2 receives the data and an output means 24 displays the reception history data onto its screen.</p> |
