SPEECH DATA MANAGING SYSTEM IN PC TELEPHONE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the equality and safety of the charge of a PC speech system on the Internet line and make a proposal of a high-definition C telephone system actually functioning on a system. SOLUTION: A speech data managing system is provided on the Internet line. A means for informing the managing system of the start of a speed from a call-originating side to an optional opposite party and a means for sending line cut-off data on a receiving side to the managing system upon finishing the speech are provided. Notice information on starting and that on finishing are executed independently to attain equality and safety in the notice information. A PC speech system uses a small unit of consecutive packet for sending/ sampling with timing equal to or shorter than 60 msec.
