<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a hierarchical network system by which an efficient statistical processing is executed by collecting information by the linkage of a server with a client in each network in the plurality of networks requiring hierarchical information collection. SOLUTION: A bridge system is arranged in a relay system existing between a higher-order system and a lower-order system. The bridge system receives mails distributed from the higher-order system, obtains a mail address for a distribution to the lower-order system by the self system with the reception as an opportunity and distributes the mail to the lower-order system on the basis of the mail address. Thus, the relay system is converted from a function as a client to the higher-order system into a function as a server to the lower- order system.</p> |
