PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a multilayer ceramic board comprising two kinds of ceramic layers, each containing a ceramic material for imparting different electrical characteristics, through simultaneous firing without encountering the problem where different kinds of material are mixed through mutual diffusion. SOLUTION: A raw composite laminate 1a producing a multilayer ceramic board through firing is provided with anti-shrinkage green sheets 4a, 5a containing an inorganic material which is not sintered during a sintering process. The anti-shrinkage green sheet 4a sandwiched between green sheets 2a, 3a for different kinds of substrate, each containing a low temperature sintering ceramic material imparting different electrical characteristics, has a thickness t1 thicker than the thickness t2 of other anti-shrinkage green sheets 5a. |
