PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which particularly does not lead to coloration and clearing response in a metal-evaporated layer with a lapse of time due to influence on an emulsion type adhesive, in relation to the adhesive sheet obtained by laminating a metal-evaporated film, an adhesive layer and a detached sheet in thin order. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet is characterized in that, in the adhesive sheet obtained by laminating a metal-evaporated film, an adhesive layer and a detached sheet in turn on the one side of a surface base material, the adhesive layer is formed by applying an emulsion type adhesive followed by drying, and when those which attach pH-test paper on the surface of the adhesive layer appearing by detaching the detached sheet of the evaporated adhesive sheet obtained are exposed under a circumstance at 75 deg.C and 90% RH for 7 days, theΔvalue of difference in coloration of a pH-test paper by a color indication system of L*a*b is less than 50.
