PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushioning stopper capable of satisfying both a cushioning function and durability. SOLUTION: This cushioning stopper is provided with an elastic member 1 installed on one movable member 203 and capable of elastically contacting with the other movable member 202, a body part 1A and an annular projecting part 1B as a low rigidity easily deformable part are mutually formed in series in the relative displacement direction of both movable members 202, 203 in this elastic member 1, a metallic plate 2 is interposed between the body part 1A and the annular projecting part 1B, and a projection 3 for restricting a deformation quantity of the annular projecting part 1B is arranged between this metallic plate 2 and the movable member 203 opposed to this. In an initial deformation state of contacting the elastic member 1 with the movable member 202, the annular projecting part 1B is mainly deformed to become a low spring, and becomes a high spring by compressive deformation of the body part 1A after reaching a prescribed deflection quantity. |
