PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film magnetic recording head using a thin film material having high saturation magnetic flux density and high specific resistance and suited to a magnetic storage device for securing >=15 MB/s medium transfer rate avoiding the increase of access time and the reduction of the transfer rate due to recording density increase and to provide its manufacturing method and the magnetic storage device using it. SOLUTION: A magnetic film having >=1.5 T high saturation magnetic flux density and >=40μΩcm specific resistance is manufactured by a flame plating method by using 40-60 Ni-Fe and further adding Co, Mo, Cr, B, In, Pd and the like to obtain a recording head sufficiently capable of recording even in a high frequency region. A high recording density magnetic storage device having >=15 MB/s medium transfer rate, >=45 MHz recording frequency and >=4,000 number of revolution of a magnetic disk can be obtained.
