<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide inexpensive and stable products by extending an input allowable amplitude range, thereby extending the tolerance of a restage circuit to element variation in a pulse output circuit 11 of a photo coupler. SOLUTION: This waveform shaping circuit is provided with a current charging circuit consisting of a transistor Tr1 and a current restriction resistor R1 and charging an electric change to the base of an output transistor Tr0 and a current pullout circuit consisting of transistors Tr2 to Tr4 and a current restriction resistor R2 and pulling out an electric charge. These circuits are connected in parallel to each other. Also the circuit is provided with a delay circuit consisting of a transistor Tr5 and a capacitor C1 and delaying the pulling out speed of the electric charge from the base of the transistor Tr0 by the current pullout circuit relating with the current pullout circuit. Thus, the inputting allowable amplitude range can be extended while keeping a prescribed distortion, which is permitted from the transmitting speed of a signal.</p> |
