A semiconductor device is provided with: an annular or partially annular device main body comprising an inner circumferential surface formed to have an arcuate shape in a planar view and an outer circumferential surface formed to have an arcuate shape in a planar view; a plurality of strip-shaped first leads that protrude from the inner circumferential surface and that are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner circumferential surface; and a plurality of strip-shaped second leads that protrude from the outer circumferential surface and that are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer circumferential surface. The size in the width direction of the second leads along the circumferential direction is larger than the size in the width direction of the first leads along the circumferential direction.
