<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable controlling lighting of a solar cell light lighting device without degradation of power utilization efficiency and to supply a stable and long-hour illumination even in an emergency of power failure. SOLUTION: In the device, there are provided a detecting means for detecting power volume to be able to supply to an illumination lamp by detecting incoming power from commercial power source, a switching means for switching between power supply from a battery and that from the commercial power supply, and a lighting control means for controlling lighting so as to cut down the number of lamps to be lit. When the detecting means detects no power supply received, the switching means operates to switch to supply from the battery and lighting control means moves to cut down the number of lamps to be lit.</p> |
