<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously record the clear image and voice for the circumferential state of a vehicle and the operating state of a driver, the operation data and the like even at night, so that verification, evaluation and learning can be performed by reproducing the video later in order to prevent a traffic accident and perform a safer drive. SOLUTION: This device is characterized by providing, within the vehicle, a video camera for photographing the front and rear of the vehicle and the operating state of the driver, a recorder recording the information collected by sound collecting recording means for collecting the outside and inside sound of the vehicle along the time axis together with the speed and traveling distance of the vehicle, and a maintenance facility capable of maintaining the recorder within the vehicle.</p> |
