METHOD FOR REMOTE OPERATING MACHINE TOOL BY USING NETWORK

PURPOSE: A remote operating method for a machine tool by using network is provided to operate the machine tool from a remote place through arranging a manipulating screen similar as an operating panel for operating such as manipulating the real operating panel. CONSTITUTION: To manipulate a machine tool from a remote place by using network, power of NC is turned on for initializing the NC. Then, network of PC connected to the NC is initialized. A PLC rather program is operated in the NC. Input information and output information are scanned for transferring and receiving network data. By setting a register of the NC, input and output data are processed. Then, a processed result is displayed on an NC screen.
