<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum foil for an electrical double layer capacitor collector body, where reliability as an electrode material is improved by improving adhesion with an electrode active material, etc., a method of manufacturing therefor, and an electrical double-layer capacitor. SOLUTION: In this method of etching by soaking an aluminum foil in an electrolytic solution containing chlorine ions and then applying alternating current to the aluminum foil, the aluminum foil for an electrical double-layer capacitor collector body is manufactured by etching with 60 Hz or lower frequency. In an electrical double-layer capacitor, the aluminum foil for the collector body relating to manufacturing is used as an electrode. Reliability as an electrode material is improved, by improving adhesion with an electrode active material, etc., so that the electrical characteristics of the electrical double-layer capacitor is improved.</p> |
