PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gutter holding metal plate which can be easily fixed to a rafter of a wooden building, and is inexpensive and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The gutter holding metal plate is formed of a single metal plate, which is comprised of a fixing portion 1, a gutter holding portion 2, a hooking engaging portion 3, and a folding engaging portion 4. The fixing portion 1 has fixing nail holes 6 formed therein. The gutter holding portion 2 is formed at one end of the fixing portion 1 in a manner being folded into an L shape in cross section and in a manner being concavely formed so as to extend along a lower surface of a gutter T. The hooking engaging portion 3 is formed at a base portion of the gutter holding portion 2 so as to engage with one edge of the gutter T. The folding engaging portion 4 is formed at the front end of the gutter holding portion 2 in a manner being foldable, to thereby hook the other edge of the gutter T when bent.
