medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising pathologically changed hand palm aponeurosis through transverse cuts along flexion folds. Opposite angle of the transverse cuts are connected with oblique incisions building triangular flaps. The transverse cuts are sutured in half-bent state of fingers. The oblique incisions are sutured in keeping the fingers maximum extended. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; prevented cicatricial contractures and purulent infection from taking place. 3 dwg
