PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seats according to a crowded state in a car. SOLUTION: In seats 50, 60 arranged on the first floor F1 and the second floor of a rolling stock, cushions 130, 140 are jumping installed on a frame 100. In a crowded time, the cushions 130, 140 are jumped up to improve accomodation capacity. A cushion 120 is wound on the frame 100 for allowing sitting.
