PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper member mounting structure capable of effectively transmitting external force acting on a bumper member to a vehicular body side, and increasing the mount of absorbing energy. SOLUTION: A reinforce 12 is integrally composed by welding in a state clipped between a bumper member body 11 having a U-shaped cross section and a reinforce 13 having a U-shaped cross section. A brace 14 having a U-shaped cross section and a stay 15 having a U-shaped cross section are integrally composed by welding, and adhered to the reinforce 13. The reinforce 12, the brace 14, and the stay 15 are arranged at both end ports of a bumper member 1. The brace 14 is provided with mounting holes 14d, 14e for mounting the bumper member 1 to a vehicular body. An apron side member 2 is provided with a reinforce 22.
