PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To abolish bolt fastening to a knuckle of an outer ring, reduce the number of part items, assembling man-hours and work man-hours of the outer ring, and easily reduce weight and size. SOLUTION: In this wheel bearing device being composed of a knuckle 35 installed on a car body, and outer ring 36 being fitted to an inner diameter of the knuckle 35 and forming plural-row raceway track planes 16, 17 on the inner periphery, a hub ring 1 forming plural-row raceway track planes 18, 19 opposed to the raceway track planes 16, 17 of the outer ring 36 and having a wheel installing flange 29, an inner ring 20 fitted to and installed in an end part of the hub ring 1 and plural-row rolling bodies 21, 22 interposed between the respective raceway track planes 16 to 19 of the outer ring 36, the hub ring 1 and the inner ring 20, and rotatably supporting wheels by the car body, a rotating speed detecting sensor 40 is fitted in a hole 39 penetratingly arranged by communicating in the radial direction of the knuckle 35 and the outer ring 36 to be opposed to a pulser ring 38 arranged between the raceway track planes 18, 19 of the hub ring 1 and the inner ring 20.
