PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device generating a rainbow artificially and continuously while keeping the features of a rock crystal, and always enjoying the beauty of the rainbow by introducing the artificial rainbow in a room. SOLUTION: A rock crystal pillar is suspended by a thread or a chain with a rotating blade fitted thereon and rotating the rock crystal pillar by utilizing the wind force, and the spectrum of the solar light is obtained artificially and continuously to generate the artificial rainbow.
