PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is incomplete to hold the performance of a camera whose system is complicated within a standard only by the conventional control depending on a serial number and many defectives are manufactured if strict standard is applied to guarantee the performance because the dispersions of the accuracy of parts constituting a unit and assembling accuracy are overlapped and the dispersion of characteristic is found even in the same unit. SOLUTION: As for this high-quality camera and its manufacturing method, a non-volatile memory for storing quality information concerning the characteristic and the dispersion of the unit is mounted on plural units constituting the camera, respectively. When the unit is assembled in the camera, a correction value to guarantee the performance at the time of designing is calculated based on the quality information and operation is corrected according to the correction value at the time of performing operation in photographing. Then, the camera is manufactured by using the quality information so that combination by which the dispersion is reduced may be obtained in the case of assembling the unit. |
