The accessories holding unit (12) is designed as a C-shaped case (24) which envelops the trapezoidal edge (14,18,20,22) of the operation table (16) with the stationary upper horizontal (26) and the vertical segment (28), while the lower segment (32) is swivel mounted and can be tightened a required. A wedge element (36,40) and a sliding element (38) facilitate a safe positioning of the accessories which can be still moved horizontally along the edge (14) of the tabletop. An adapter (54) with a rectangular fixing space is mounted to the outer surface of the holding unit in order to allow the use of equipment made for the traditional type of a holding unit. |
