<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a communication system which similar to international telephone card system, without having to insert a physical medium such as a card, namely, without going through the intermediary manufacture or manage of a telephone card and purchasing the card on the user's side. SOLUTION: A host computer is provided with a storage part, in which communication fundamental information regarding the name of an international telephone communication carrier and its access number, identification number information which can be issued by the international telephone communication carrier and settlement means information are stored and a control part to perform an issuance processing to the identification number information. Then when an instruction for acquiring access number and an identification number and the contents of the settlement means are inputted from an external terminal communicated with the host computer, the control part confirms whether the contents of the settlement means are valid, by collating the contents with settlement means information. When the contents are valid, it performs the issuance processing of the identification information including the identification number for enabling international telephone communication.</p> |
