<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering lock device in which illegal removal of a cylinder lock from a body by using a tool is prevented. SOLUTION: In this steering lock device in which a cylinder lock 4 composed of members including a cylinder inner 1 and a cylinder outer 3, and a lock shaft 7 to prohibit rotation of a steering shaft at a lock position in accordance with rotation of the cylinder inner 1 are contained in a body 9, and in which a lock pin 10 provided on the cylinder outer 3 and energized to be protruded in an outer circumferential direction is engaged with an engagement part 12 in the body 9 to hold the cylinder lock 4 in the body 9, a metal reinforcement plate 18 having a pin hole 18e of a smaller diameter than the engagement part 12 of the body 9 is provided, and the reinforcement plate 18 is installed on the body 9 at a position where the pin hole 18e covers the engagement part 12 in the body 9.</p> |
