ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE IMAGE DEVELOPING TONER, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner excellent in low temperature fixability and stability of its charged state, excellent also in fixability, anti-offsetting properties and blocking resistance and imparting good transparency to OHP sheets, and a method for producing the toner. SOLUTION: In the method for producing the electrostatic charge image developing toner, aggregated particles are formed in a dispersion prepared by dispersing at least resin particles, the aggregated particles are fused by heating to a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the constituent resin by 20-80 deg.C to form toner particles and fine resin particles are further stuck to the surfaces of the toner particles to form an encapsulated toner.
