<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric double-layer capacitor which is smooth in smoothly taking in and out of energy, and restrains loss of accumulated energy, as much as possible. SOLUTION: The capacitor has on one side of a pair of collectors, which is formed with a polarization electrode layer one one side, one electrode exposed face of the other side is set as a positive electrode and the other side set as a negative electrode. Polarization electrode 2 side of these positive electrodes 3 and a negative electrode 4 are counterposed to each other, and a separator 1 is interposed between them. Electrode exposure face 5 in a positive electrode 10 and a negative electrode 11 is interposed between them, and an insulation film 18 is non-porous and does not have electric current after impregnation of electrolytic liquid, and these electrodes 3, negative electrodes 4, a separator 7, and the film 18 are successively laminated and wound into a vortex form.</p> |
