PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sink in a kitchen by providing a simply structured frame to be combined with a water cutting garbage bag, without using a water cutting garbage bag to be inserted into a water cutting garbage container. SOLUTION: A water cutting bag is put inside a lower frame to which a suction cup can be attached, its opening part is set along upper surface of the lower frame, and an upper frame is fit there. As a result of these works, a water cutting garbage bag, which is fixed by getting in between frames, is changed to a compacted water cutting garbage container and is sucked to a side wall of a wash tub of a sink by the suction cup.
