PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling a narrow-band interference noise in a CDMA system is provided to improve the efficiency of a system and smoothly transmit a CDMA information signal by being simply and directly connected with the system and removing and restraining a narrow-band interference noise signal component inputted to a receiving device of a CDMA base station. CONSTITUTION: An RF(Radio Frequency) down converter(100) converts a received RF analog signal into an IF(Intermediate Frequency) analog signal. A digital adaptive signal processor(102) converts the converted IF analog signal into a digital baseband signal, removes interference noise using an auto-regressive and LMS(Least Mean Square) algorithm, and converts the digital baseband signal into an IF analog signal. An RF up converter(104) converts the converted IF analog signal into an RF analog signal.
