<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a functional plywood comprising waste fiber, which is excellent in far infrared rays emitting efficiency, antimicrobial property, mechanical property, insulating property, and soundproof property and can be used for interior and exterior material of buildings, tiles, and floor material. CONSTITUTION: The functional plywood comprises 80-99wt.% of the waste fiber, 1-10wt.% of moisture, 0.01-5wt.% of far infrared rays emitting bodies such as zirconium acetate, water glass, silicone, molybdenum oxide, etc., and 1-10wt.% of impurities. The far infrared rays emitting efficiency is 80-98% based on the black body radiation. And the functional plywood is produced by cutting and beating the waste fiber, making waste fiber sheet, applying the far infrared rays emitting bodies to the sheet, and pressing.</p> |
