FUNCTIONAL CLOTH USING CORK AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cloth material including a cork layer is provided to produce light, elastic, fire retardant and soundproof cloth and use the functional cloth as an inner sole of shoe, wall paper and a raw material of floor material. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the following steps of: (i) preparing an emulsion solution by mixing water soluble resin, frothing agent, foam stabilizer, surfactant, crosslinking agent and water soluble binder evenly; (ii) putting the emulsion solution into a frothing machine and generating resin foams by blowing air; (iii) coating the resin foams to maintain the foam stated on the surface of the cloth material; (iv) spreading cork powder on the coated resin foam; and then (v) dehydrating the cloth material by heating the material at 90-250deg.C and compressing the resulting dried cloth material.
